To make a collection please bring the following items with you:
1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email.
2. Photo Identification - This needs to be your Driving License or Passport.
3. Confirmation of billing address - Recent utility bill or driving licence
We will not be able to release your items without these pieces of identification, this is to help protect you and the store from fraud

UK orders should be returned via signed for second class shipping.
International customers are asked to send any items back through recorded delivery. Please enclose the returns slip which you will find on the bottom of your invoice.
All items must be returned in an unworn state and all tags must not be removed. Any items that do not meet these requirements can not be returned and will not be exchanged or refunded.
All items must be returned with in 14 days of purchase.
Pilot Netclothing takes no responsibility for items which have been lost in the post.
Christmas Returns Policy:
Any items purchased from Pilot Clothing will be sent via DPD up until the 23rd of December but items will not be delivered until the 27th of December.
We will offer a next day Royal Mail/Interlink service up until Thurday the 21st of December which will get your parcel to you for the 22nd of December.
Please order before 3 pm, on Thursday the 21st of December to ensure your parcel is eligible for our next day service.
Our gift returns policy has been extended until the 7th of January.
However, please note that our returns policy will revert to the standard 14 day period for items purchased after December 2.
