A mature and established fashion label in its own right Adidas Y-3 has moved on from being a diffusion and collaboration line. Launched at the end of the Nineteen Nineties they originally just produced the now iconic Y3 Trainers. The sneakers were unique as they moved away from the more classic and safe styles of the Adidas Originals collection of footwear and injected a more contemporary and unique styling that was seen only on footwear from high end Italian fashion brands. Due to the popularity of the Y-3 Trainers they started to experiment with the Y3 Clothing line which has now expanded into a range of shirts, jackets, t-shirt and sweatshirts.
